Katie Johnston is a Bay Area transplant of over 17 years. She moved here and fell in love with everything the Sacramento area has to offer. Hours from the beach, Tahoe, and the American river in our backyard. The people and the communities here are so friendly and vibrant. Katie has been in real estate for many years with several very successful real estate teams. After supporting large teams, she realized that her passion is serving face to face. Katie learned so much from the supportive role and is excited to help you with your dreams of owning a home. She loves serving clients and supporting them through the biggest purchase of their lives. “Your home is your safe place.”

John Chmielewski is a native Californian, born and raised in the Sacramento valley. He moved to Roseville to enjoy all the quality of living this community and all the surrounding areas offer. In addition to real estate, John has years of experience in the financial planning services industry, business management, leadership, and team development. John is a maker and a doer. He is amazingly creative, thinking outside the box, and he makes things happen!

When they are not working, they are involved with several charities and non-profits. They love helping the community and making a difference. John and Katie love the outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wine tasting, and they love cooking together! We love experiencing new things! Family time is a passion and pleasure with their grown daughters; Alissa has moved out and crushing it at life, and Jenna is in college and off to great things. They have weekly game nights to stay connected more, the merrier!
